This document applies to all websites, landing pages, forms (including but not limited to ClickUp forms), ads, messages, calls, events, and any other interaction you have with EarOn Studio / Minor Label Recordings (together, the Services). It applies to customers, prospective customers, leads, applicants, interns, contractors, freelancers, and anyone else who interacts with the Services.

If local mandatory law gives you additional rights or restricts certain terms, that local law prevails for that specific issue.

1. Acceptance and scope

By using the Services, submitting information, communicating with us, or clicking our ads, you agree to this document.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. Minimum age

The Services are not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by law where you live.

3. Definitions

Personal data means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.
Processing means collecting, storing, using, analyzing, sharing, or deleting data.
Candidate means a person who applies or is considered for a role, internship, or contract assignment.
Lead means a person who shows interest in our services or offers.
Advertising partners means platforms and vendors used for measurement, targeting, and retargeting.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization

probe, scan, or test security or bypass access controls

interfere with availability or performance of the Services

submit malware, spam, or abusive volumes of requests

misrepresent your identity or submit false information

use the Services to violate the rights of others

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Services are being misused.

5. Your submissions and content license

If you submit content to us (including applications, CVs, portfolios, links, test answers, work samples, audio, video, messages, or files), you confirm:

you have the rights needed to submit it

it is accurate to the best of your knowledge

it does not unlawfully disclose someone else’s personal data

You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, analyze, and use your submitted content solely to:

operate the Services

evaluate you for roles, internships, or assignments

communicate with you

improve our processes and security

comply with legal obligations

establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

If you provide reference details, you confirm you have informed the reference that their details may be used for recruitment or verification.

6. Recruiting, internships, contractors, and work samples

6.1 What we may collect for recruiting

We may process:

identity and contact details

your experience, education, skills, and role preferences

portfolio links and publicly available professional profiles you choose to share

interview notes, evaluation notes, and communications

test results and work sample submissions

references and verification outcomes where appropriate and lawful

scheduling details, time stamps, device and fraud signals to protect the process

Do not submit sensitive data unless we explicitly request it and provide a specific notice. Examples include health data, union membership, religious beliefs, political opinions, or data about children.

6.2 Automated tools and AI

We may use tools, including AI supported tools, to help with spam prevention, summarization, ranking assistance, and workflow automation. Where law limits solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide appropriate safeguards and human review where required.

6.3 Background checks and identity verification

Where relevant to a role and permitted by law, we may request or conduct reasonable verification, including identity checks and reference checks. If consent or a separate notice is required, we will request it at that time.

6.4 Candidate retention

If you are not selected, we may retain your information to:

comply with legal obligations

manage and defend potential legal claims

consider you for future roles if allowed by law and consistent with your preferences

You can request deletion or ask us to stop future recruiting contact at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Sales, leads, marketing, and communications

7.1 Service and process communications

We may contact you using the details you provide (email, phone, SMS, messaging apps, social platforms) for operational reasons, including responding to requests, scheduling, and status updates.

7.2 Marketing and retargeting

We may use your information to:

send marketing communications where permitted

build audiences and run retargeting campaigns

measure ad performance and attribution

Where consent is required (for example, for certain marketing messages or marketing cookies), we will ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

7.3 Opt out

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time:

by replying STOP to SMS where supported

Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary operational messages.

8. Payments, purchases, and third party processors

If you purchase services, payment processing may be handled by third party providers. We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated.

We use service providers for hosting, analytics, customer management, recruiting workflows, communications, file storage, scheduling, and security. We require appropriate contractual protections where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

We own or license the Services, including text, design, branding, and underlying materials. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by mandatory law or with our written permission.

10. Third party links

The Services may link to third party sites or tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, not ours.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error free operation, or specific outcomes from marketing, recruiting, or business efforts.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Indemnity

If you violate this document or infringe rights of others through your use of the Services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from resulting claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees.

14. Changes

We may update this document. The latest version applies from the posted date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonable.

15. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, Swedish law applies and disputes are handled by Swedish courts, Stockholm District Court as first instance.

16. Privacy Notice

If we send commercial electronic messages, we will provide a functional unsubscribe mechanism and honor unsubscribe requests within the legally required time where applicable.

18.4 Brazil

Where LGPD applies, we identify an appropriate legal basis for processing and support applicable rights including consent withdrawal where relevant.
